McCain National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2019 that takes effect on August 13, 2020, and do not contain "telecommunications equipment or services" banned by the NDAA, nor do they employ any component or technology of any system--substantial, essential, critical or otherwise--from banned Chinese companies.
